We start with an initial assessment based on the description of the issue or service provided in the form below. From there, a preliminary quote and estimated turnaround time can be provided. More involved repairs or custom work may require additional time depending on complexity. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability and overall workload.
Once the device is received, it is evaluated in person to confirm condition and overall viability. In some cases, issues may be more extensive than initially expected or not fully repairable. An updated quote is then provided, and the scope of work is discussed before proceeding. Any changes or additional work are always communicated clearly before continuing.
For most standard work, payment is due upon completion prior to return shipping. For projects that require parts or extended work, a deposit may be required before work begins. Customers are responsible for shipping the device to and from the workshop, with return shipping included in the final invoice.
