Service Terms & Policies
Legal Use / Non-Infringing Use
All services, modifications, repairs, installations, and configurations performed by Reflowed Labs are provided solely for lawful, non-infringing purposes. No copyrighted games, software, BIOS files, system files, unauthorized copies, or other infringing content are included, distributed, installed, or supported. Customers are solely responsible for how their devices and any third-party software or media are used after service is completed.
Estimates, Diagnosis & Payment
All quotes are estimates only and may change if additional issues are found during inspection or repair. Any changes will be communicated before additional work is performed when reasonably possible. Diagnostic fees are bench fees and are non-refundable in most cases. Payment is due upon completion and before pickup or return shipping.
Warranty, Prior Damage & Data
Repairs and installations include a limited 30-day workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, shipping damage, prior tampering, corrosion, pre-existing board damage, or unrelated future failure. Data and save recovery are always attempted when reasonably possible, but preservation or recovery is not guaranteed, especially where data is already corrupted or the device has existing faults.
Unclaimed Items / Non-Payment
Devices, parts, and other customer property left unpaid, unclaimed, or without customer response for more than 60 days after notice of completion, invoice delivery, or reasonable contact attempts may be considered unclaimed. Reflowed Labs reserves the right to suspend further work and take reasonable steps to recover unpaid labor, parts, shipping, and related costs, subject to applicable law. By submitting an item for service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
